I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the surroundings were quite nice and the reception area looked inviting, the overall cleanliness and staff attitude were major letdowns. The dining options were repetitive and not well-prepared, but the room itself was comfortable. I wouldn't want to return given the chaos and lack of upkeep.

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing overall. While the grounds looked nice, the service, especially at the reception, was severely lacking. The food didn't meet expectations and the beach was not ideal for swimming. The kids' club was a letdown due to the language barrier. We won't be coming back.

I had a decent stay at this hotel, enjoying the comfortable rooms and the spacious grounds that include multiple pools. On the bright side, the animation team really lights up the experience with fun activities, especially thanks to Samet who is just a joy to be around.
